First, prepare materials:
The material (channel steel, square tube) is cut into spare parts according to the drawing size.
(1) Use cooling water to sharpen blade to ensure that the blade does not deform when cutting steel.
(2) Test: Use a tape measure to measure the cut steel section; Check the angle of the square whether it is cut vertically
Phosphating is the process that a chemical and electrochemical reaction that forms a phosphate chemical
conversion coatings. The resulting phosphate
conversion coatings is called a phosphating coating. The purpose of phosphating is mainly to provide protection to the base metal, to prevent corrosion of the metal to a certain degree; to use for primer before painting, to improve the adhesion and anti-corrosion ability of the coatings; to reduce friction in the metal cold processing.
2. Phosphating type
(1) High-temperature type: 80-98°C treatment time is 10-20 minutes, and the phosphating coating thickness is 10-30g/m2. The ratio of the free acidity of the solution to the total acidity is 1: (7-8). Advantages: strong anti-corrosion coating, good bonding force.
(2) Chemical phosphating: The workpiece is immersed in a phosphating solution and phosphating is achieved by chemical reaction.
(3) Phosphate coating quality: Heavyweight (thick film phosphating). The coating weight is 7.5 g/m2 or more.
(4) Construction method: Impregnation phosphating. Suitable for high, medium and low temperature phosphating.
Features: Simple equipment, only need to heating tank and the corresponding heating equipment. It is best to use stainless steel or rubber lining tank and the stainless steel heating pipe should be placed on both sides of the tank.
3. Phosphating process
The phosphating process is divided into 8 steps, namely oil removal, hot water washing, pickling, cold water washing, cold water washing, phosphating, hot water washing and drying.
Third, welding and assembly：
Dioxic welding is used for welding. With small melting point and high repairability, it brings good protection for workers.

Fourth, spray paint and test:
We choose high hardness, high gloss, bright colors, weather resistance, heat and humidity resistance, salt spray resistance and good mold resistance paint. The primer and top coat paint have a good combination and compatibility with each other.
After all the work is done, we will test the vehicle. Test items include body balance (front stand, rear stand, crossbeam, chassis, etc.), body force analysis, inspection of vulnerable parts of the product, fender clearance, hinge operation, track distance, and the most important power section .
Every step of careful testing is for quality improvement!
Razor wire package:
The trailer body is covered in camouflage clothing; three hexagonal wire mesh wraps are packed in woven bags. The iron-supported form will be used to secure the wire when transported.
