Wire Mesh, also known as Wire Cloth, is amazingly versatile and is easily adapted to almost any application. Generally it is called "wire mesh "in the north , but "screen"in the south . We can use metal wire, chemical fiber, silk as the Materials ,after the process of weaving.then we can get the product. Main applications are screening, filtering, printing Brush, reinforcement, protection, etc.
Now ,we are going to introduce some kinds of wire mesh :the first one is Galvanized Wire .Galvanized Wire also called Galvanized Iron Wire,Galvanized Wire can be divided into two categories: Electro galvanized iron wire and Hot dipped galvanized iron wire. Galvanized Iron Wire is designed to prevent rusting and shiny silver in color. It is solid,durable and extremely versatile, thus is wildly used by landscapers, craft makers, ribbon manufacturers, jewelers and contractors.Its aversion to rust makes it extremely useful around the shipyard,in the backyard, etc.
The second one is PVC wire :PVC plastic coated wire is created by Coating PVC or PE on the surface of annealed wire, galvanized wire, stainless steel wire.then it can be combined with the wire.it is Anti-aging, anti-corrosion, anti-cracking characteristics such as long service life than ordinary wire. PVC wire provided here has quite a huge applications ranging daily use to industrial areas. It can replace its counterpart - galvanized wire and be used in any place where galvanized wire works or fails. For example, in general purpose, PVC coated wire and galvanized wire are all available. But for harsh working environments, Plastic coated wire does better job. PVC wire gives longer life span and needs less or no maintenance once used. Colorful appearance provides reorganization or decorates the environment.
The last one is Stainless steel wire:it refers to silk product with all kinds of different specifications and types. Stainless steel is its raw materials ,it has magnetism.And iron wire is not magnetic.Stainless steel wire mesh made from choice wires are used for separation of solids and clear filtration of liquids, as in the cleaning of fuels or hydraulic liquids, or in water treatment.
