When observing their appearances carefully, you will find the concertina razor wire is made of  hot-galvanized steel sheet and  high-carbon galvanized wire. The  blade stretched out for protection. And barbed wire is zinc-coated steel strands twisted together with barbs spaced regularly along them. There four wires stretched out at some distance. And there are three material options for you to choose: galvanized, stainless steel and PVC coating.  

When they were used, the concertina razor wire was made of concertina coils shape and then fixed to a fence or wall, providing a good deterrent. As for the barbed wire,although they were coil shape when they were preserved,when they were put into application,it is straight.
