What you need to prepare before deploying robots
Placement environment
The robot must be placed on a hard surface with a wall behind it (for placing the charging station) and requires a three-pronged power outlet. It cannot be placed on walls that are transparent or reflective (such as mirrors or glass).
Reserved space
If there are walls on either side of the robot's placement location, leave a width of at least 120 cm. If there is an obstruction above the robot, leave a height of at least 120 cm.
Low-voltage electrical systems and engineering cooperation required
The hotel shall reserve a separate telephone line capable of calling the front desk and all guest rooms; the hotel shall reserve a network cable; the length of the telephone line and network cable shall not be less than 1.5 metres, and the two cables shall be placed together, preferably in the weak current machine room. The elevator machine room shall reserve one 220V socket; if there is no elevator machine room, a socket shall be reserved in the elevator control cabinet.

After 1 year, Yunji will still provide you with cost-effective extended warranty services and recommend suitable extended warranty plans for you to choose from. During the warranty period, natural operational failures and product quality issues are covered by the warranty. However, quality issues not caused by the product itself, or abnormal damage caused by you or a third party (such as intentional damage or violent dragging) are not covered by the warranty, and repair arrangements and costs must be negotiated separately.
