Classification of Razor Wire

Razor wire is a more aggressive and better intruder deterrent for elevations above fencing. Also known as Razor Tape, or Razor Strip, it can be used as a fencing itself, or used in the form of Razor Wire.Razor material can be made of stainless steel sheet or galvanized steel sheet.



Razor Wire has many types, each type has different properties:

·Concertina Razor Wire，the concertina spiral razor wire is made of thick hot-galvanized steel sheet and thick high-carbon galvanized wire,the coils are compressed for transportation,and then stretched for use.
 
·Welded Razor Wire Mesh，due to the sharp blades,the welded razor wire is virtually impossible to climb.It is created from high tensile core wire,so it is almost impossible to be cut off with standard tools.The welded razor wire mesh is cheap to save your money.
 
·Flat Wrapped Razor Wire，the flat razor wire is designed to protect facilities in urban areas where the high-security concertina spiral razor wire cannot be used because of its bulky size.
 
·Straight Razor Wire,straight razor wire is easy to install as it is placed straight. Since it doesn’t cause any expansion, it won’t injure innocent passers-by.
 
·Wall Spike,Wall spike is fabricated from steel sheet and a good choice of metal anti-climb fence for security.Due to it has many spike forms and is similar to razor barbed tape.
